About Me
My approach is grounded, realistic, and focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes or restrictive plans that don’t last. I believe fitness and nutrition should support your life, not take over it.
I’ve personally been weight training for over 12 years, and that experience has shaped the way I coach. I understand both the physical and mental side of training, the discipline it takes, and the confidence it builds over time. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing that shift happen in others: when someone starts lifting weights for the first time, gains strength they didn’t think they had, or starts to build body and self-confidence.
For me, the goal is always more than just physical change. It’s about helping you feel happier, healthier, and more confident in yourself – inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to support you with clear guidance, accountability, and a plan that fits your life.

“Robyn has been a fantastic personal trainer. From the very first consultation, she made me feel comfortable and reassured me that losing weight for my wedding was possible. She tailored every session to suit my goals, and her support went far beyond training. Robyn wasn’t just a personal trainer—she became a friend, someone I could laugh and chat with while still pushing me to do my best.”

“Robyn is great. As a couple we were unmotivated to go to the gym. Robyn listened to us, building up our strength and drive. Every session was challenging and somehow enjoyable. Robyn is friendly, highly efficient, motivating, knowledgeable and supportive. I definitely recommend Robyn to anyone looking for great quality personal training.”
